All of our Jerky has 0 grams Sugar, 17 grams Protein, 1 grams Carbs, and Gluten Free. This old family recipe takes three days of marination and actual hickory smoking with no added preservatives. It’s actual real Beef Jerky.
We have three flavors : Mild, Spicy and Sweet Heat. All three flavors are available in Pork Loin or Beef Jerky .
Each custom resealable packet is 4″ x 3″ and has approximately 1 oz. of jerky ( about 5-6 Pieces ).
